Kalamata is the second largest city of the Peloponnese in southern Mainland Greece. The fact that it is part of the Mainland means that it is easily accessible throughout the year with good transport links by air, sea and road. Kalamata boasts an international airport as well as an important port and harbour where cruise ships are to be seen throughout the summer months.
Kalamata sits at the head of the Messinian Gulf and enjoys an assortment of long sandy and pebble beaches. In stark contrast to the vivid blue sea are the dense olive groves to be found on terraces along the coast. The Taygetos Mountains dominate the skyline behind providing an ever-changing backdrop of colours throughout the days and seasons.

You enter into the property via the marble steps at the front of the hotel into a stylishly furnished reception area that has been tastefully decorated using high quality materials, paying minute attention to detail with no expense spared.
This period building offers 7 bedrooms; six of which are doubles and the other a single. All of them have individually styled en-suite shower/bathrooms and four of them face the internal west facing courtyard. It is very rare to find property in Kalamata town centre that can offer an outside area so to be able to offer guests this beautiful courtyard with its shaded eating areas and wooden seating, beautiful flowers and fountain is a real treat.
From the reception area a marble internal staircase with traditional style ornate iron work leads down to the sitting room, breakfast lounge, kitchen and service areas. It is from here that you can access the welcoming courtyard area with a ramp for disabled persons leading to the bedrooms on the first floor.
All bedrooms have solid wooden floors, high ceilings and double glazed windows providing excellent insulation against the heat of the summer and cooler winter evenings. All of the bedrooms have been individually styled with tasteful furnishings. They all have direct dial telephone, satellite television and each room has its own air-conditioning and central heating controls.
The building has a security system with fire alarm and extinguishing systems fitted.
Because of the high standard of provision and installations this hotel is fully operational all year round with the prospect of giving a good financial return.
